Australian-People-Records.com is pleased to be able to provide as a service, an access to its online information (the "www.Australian-People-Records.com") and to its premium people record databases on its members area platform (www.recordslogin.com or the "Website") to those who accept all the terms of this membership registration agreement (the "Agreement") and make applicable payment.

By purchasing our service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term or condition of the Agreement, you are NOT authorized to become a registered member to the Website's services. This Website does not guarantee accuracy of any of the databases and resources found in the members area.

All records found on the Website are not to be used for any purpose except for informational use only to help keep you informed of the general public.

This Website is not responsible for your actions or anyone else actions arising from the information and records found on this Website. We can't guarantee that all records are accurate or available in this Website databases. The Website's databases are not to be used for unlawful acts, stalking, harassing, embarrassing others or anything else which is against our policy as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Over 200 Million Public Records In Our Databases

Although we are one of the biggest public record providers on the net covering over 200 million public records in our databases from all over the world, we can't guarantee that record results will be available for any particular person you are seeking. When results of a search subject are found, results may come back with limited information. The purchase of your membership is for your convenience of accessing multiple databases in one location (the members area) and having features that otherwise aren't easily found for free elsewhere on the internet. The purchase of your membership is to help keep you informed of the general public only and should not be purchased if you:

Premium Public Record Databases Include

● Criminal Records Database - 2 premium credits deducted per search
● Civil Court Records Database - 1 premium credit deducted per search
● Bankruptcy Records Database - 1 premium credit deducted per search

If no records are found, no search credits get deducted from your account deposit. You will not be able to do premium searches unless you decide to purchase premium search credits which are available at a discount inside of your account by clicking the link "Buy More Credits". Our Premium databases are updated on a daily basis. However we do not guarantee that the premium databases will always be updated daily due to the possibility of occasional database downtime, bugs, system errors, glitches, inability to update the databases, or other reasons due to circumstances out of our control.

The Recordslogin.com website doesn't guarantee accuracy of any of the databases and resources found in the members area. All records found on our Website are not to be used for any purpose except for informational use only to help keep you informed of the general public. Recordslogin.com is not responsible for your actions or anyone else's actions arising from the information and records found on this Website. We can't guarantee that all public records are accurate or available in our databases. Our databases aren't to be used for unemployment decisions, unlawful acts, stalking, harassing, embarrassing others or anything else which is against our policy as stated in these Terms and Conditions .

The premium search databases in the recordslogin.com members area are provided to us on a per search basis. When you, the customer, does a premium search, we get charged by our public record provider for your search usage which then gets deducted from your deposit inside of your premium search account.

By purchasing our service, you have fully read and agreed to all of our Terms and Conditions and you understand that your order is a deposit towards the usage of our premium search databases

(01) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly understand and agree that: Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By your use of the recordslogin.com service, you agree to fully indemnify , defend, and hold harmless recordslogin.com, it's directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, affiliates, and contributors against any and all claims arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will recordslogin.com, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, affiliates, and contributors be liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from this site even if recordslogin.com, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, affiliates, and contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists.
recordslogin.com, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, affiliates, and contributors disclaim all liability to you for damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees. recordslogin.com makes no warranty that (i) The service will meet your requirements, (ii) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) Any errors will be corrected.
Any material accessed or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss that results from any such material. Please note that all descriptions, search results, photographs, and other matter relating to this service/product used on the recordslogin.com and on the www.Australian-People-Records.com websites are for illustration purposes only and do NOT reflect actual services/products one will be able to find by using our services. In General, it is possible to find the information through the use of the listings this site provides, but results may vary and we do not guarantee in any way neither availability of the product nor free services inside the members area.

(02) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly understand and agree that recordslogin.com shall NOT be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but NOT limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if recordslogin.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use the service; (ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) Any other matter relating to the service or websites.

(03) LIABILITY ACCEPTANCE

I, the member, accept liability for all payments charged to my account by me or by anyone else using my "Username" and "Password" to access any part of recordslogin.com, whether or not that person does so with my authorization. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my "Username" and "Password" in a secure place, and that I am fully responsible for all charges incurred by usage thereof.

(04) USER ACCOUNT CONDITIONS

I understand that the purchase of a Premium Search Membership is for a single user account and that the service that I am purchasing is the right for the member to search recordslogin.com's premium public record databases on a "limited" basis, a term that, when used in this agreement, means access to recordslogin.com's premium databases including People Records Search, Genealogy Records Search, Military Records Search, Passenger Records Search

(05) ACCOUNT ACCESS

I understand that my "Username" and "Password" will only provide access to the recordslogin.com Website and that it will NOT provide access to any other website, service, or any 3rd party hyperlink contained in recordslogin.com's public records database that requires its own username and password.

(06) UNDERSTANDINGS

I understand that all descriptions, search results, photographs and other matter relating to this service/product used on the recordslogin.com website are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect actual services/ products one will be able to find by using our services. I understand that recordslogin.com's service is for the use of it's premium search databases including people records, genealogy records, military records and passenger records to help keep me informed of the general public in my surrounding area. I understand that as a premium search member, the Website also provides me with free public record databases and resources which may include unaffiliated third party companies who can provide me with investigation searches. I understand that these third party companies may not be 100% complete or accurate and understand that in most cases they may charge me a fee to conduct a search. In General, it is possible to find the information through the use of the databases and listings this site provides, but results may vary and we do not guarantee in any way neither availability of the product nor free services inside the members area.

(07) LIABILITIES & RIGHTS

I understand that recordslogin.com may modify or terminate its services (including canceling an individual's account) for any reason and without notice, without liability to me, any other user, or any third party. I understand that recordslogin.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time without notice, and that I am advised to review this Agreement from time to time so that I will be kept informed of any changes.

(08) PRICE POLICY

I understand that recordslogin.com or Australian-people-records.com reserves the right to change it's prices and the value of the premium search credits to its premium public records databases as well changing any of the free public record databases to premium search databases at any time and for any reason.

(09) DISCLAIMER

recordslogin.com and Australian-people-records.com disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material found in websites listed on recordslogin.com. recordslogin.com and Australian-people-records.com disclaim any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, miss-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. recordslogin.com and Australian-people-records.com disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through those websites.
recordslogin.com is provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. recordslogin.com expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, durability and fitness for a particular purpose, quality, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement of proprietary rights. recordslogin.com disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the website recordslogin.com disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the recordslogin.com disclaims any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the Website or received through any links provided by the recordslogin.com Website, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in the recordslogin.com website.

Arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter here of such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if recordslogin.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on recordslogin.com, from inability to use recordslogin.com, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of recordslogin.com (including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on recordslogin.com or received through any links provided.
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall recordslogin.com be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods , storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or my actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Registration Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by recordslogin.com.
I make each of the above statements and certifications with respect to myself personally, as well as on behalf of my employer and any other person or entity to which I provide reports or information based on data obtained from recordslogin.com's databases. I have the authority to act on behalf of all such other persons or entities in making these statements and certifications.

(10) WEBSITE USAGE

This Website is for your own personal use only. You may NOT send automated queries to our system, republishing or redistributing any data on this Website is strictly prohibited. Usage of this Website and all information contained within is subject to Ontario, Canada law.

Failure to comply with any provision of this agreement by any member will result in immediate termination of that individual's account!
